For best results when polishing Single Mode connectors, Metrotek recommends using three particle sizes in sequence from start to finish. The most popular combination is Aluminum Oxide in 5.0µm, 1.0µm, and Calcined Alumina 0.3µm. The 3" x 6" sheet size is most economical and best selling. All films offered are 3 mill thick except the 0.3µm (1 mill thick), without PSA and are packaged 100 sheets/pack.
